You Bring Out the Worst Out in Me! (by Debbie Anderes)

The below report is from Debbie Anderes. References to the ‘hair/drain’ in her report pertains to a previous report called, “Requirement: Keep Your Drain Open”: https://pointtohope.com/?p=445. (May be helpful to read first if haven’t yet.)

Point To Hope Friends,

Yes, the worst was brought out of me!

I just got back from attending the PTH Conference in Grovetown, Georgia and you might just say, ‘I got my drain cleaned out’! God’s light exposes the worst in us to give Himself in exchange, to make us shine.  Darkness can not live in the light!

I didn’t even realize how much hair (hair, representing strength) I had that was clogging my drain.  But the thing is, strength is good if it’s God’s, but if it’s your own strength, a good dose of cleansing is needed.   Just to go a step further, clogged hair can be a great compost that can turn into rich soil. Think of it this way: the things that slow you down, when brought to the Light, can be the very thing that help others.

Forgiveness was the key ‘Drain-O’ that brought the cleansing flow and, as a result, brought so much healing; physical, emotional and spiritual.  Those things that weigh heavy on us and eat away at us.  The conflicts and heart aches, the betrayals and injustices (sin), gone through forgiveness!

The workshops were all life-changing with God revealing light into our known and our unknown sins. Nancy’s straight forward word was so received and brought FREEDOM to the house; Relationships restored making God first!

Relationship with God first means right relationship, and wisdom increases. And ‘wisdom’ will say, “Cling to Me”.  You will make it through anything if you listen to wisdom.

The law of God is good and 2018 is a year of life.  I’m so thankful God is getting our drains ready to overflow without hinderance.  I want all that He has, don’t you?  He wants you to step into a new place.  You are a King’s kid!

Hebrews 8:10–12:  “I will put My laws in their minds and write them on their hearts.  I will be their God, and they will be my people.  NO longer will a man teach his neighbor or a man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord’; because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest.  For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.  By calling this covenant “new,” he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete, and aging will soon disappear.”

1 Peter 2:17
Honor all people
Love the brotherhood
Fear God
Honor the King

Blessings,

Debbie Anderes
