Dear PTH Friends,<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Since the last post, we have been to the following parliaments to pray:<\/span><\/strong>
\nColombo, Sri Lanka (6\/16)<\/span><\/strong>
\nBandar Seri Begawan, Brunei (6\/22)<\/span><\/strong>
\nJakarta, Indonesia (6\/26)<\/span><\/strong>
\nBangkok, Thailand (7\/1)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Next on the list is Tokyo, Japan, and then working our way back to Alaska.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Again, your prayers have paved the way for divine appointments.\u00a0\u00a0 We have experienced much favor, even in areas that could be easily overlooked \u2026 like \u201cextra weight\u201d.\u00a0 No one likes extra weight, spiritually or in the natural.\u00a0 Nonetheless, with the variety of airlines we have flown on also comes the variety of weigh allowance.\u00a0 We have had much favor in this area.\u00a0 Sound insignificant in the big scheme of things, but every detail matters \u2026 just like every prayer matters.\u00a0 And we are so grateful!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Jakarta,Indo <\/a> Parliament in Jakarta, Indonesia)<\/span><\/p>\n

Through Nancy\u2019s home church, we had a connection with a pastor and his wife in Jakarta, Indonesia.\u00a0 It worked out that we were there on a Sunday morning and Nancy was invited to speak in the morning service.\u00a0 Most would consider it a \u2018small\u2019 church body, but they were HUGE in Spirit!\u00a0 The worship was incredibly sweet and powerful!\u00a0 Nancy\u2019s message was a right on word for this church.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Jakarta<\/a>(above:\u00a0 Church in Jakarta)<\/span>
\nTraveling from country to country seems like a rather vast notion at times, and you can imagine the countless people and variety of people we see throughout the airports and walking on the streets, etc.\u00a0 Each one so valuable to HIM; a soul. \u201cAnd He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for Him who died for them and was raised again.\u201d (2 Cor., 5:15).\u00a0 Thus, \u2018small church\u2019 body is an interesting term when looking at some of the word studies of \u201cchurch\u201d or congregation from the greek.\u00a0 Church comes from the Greek word kyriakos – “belonging to the Lord” (kyrios).\u00a0 How about \u2018small congregation\u2019??? Congregation – means to \u2018gather a flock\u2019 – which refers to people and not places or institutions.<\/span><\/strong>
\n\"Thailand\" Bangkok, Thailand<\/a><\/p>\n

That quickly narrows a country into one soul!\u00a0 \u201cThe Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. Instead He is patient with you, not<\/em><\/span> wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.<\/em>\u201d (2 Peter 3:9)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

How encouraging!\u00a0 The Lord is patient because He desires every \u2018church\u2019 comes to repentance.\u00a0 Puts a whole new meaning into \u201cCountry Church\u201d. \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Whether a church or one soul walking down the street, the Lord is concerned and He is answering your prayers because of who He is and because of His love for His church!\u00a0 Thank you for your faithfulness!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We also had a short transition time in Hong Kong.\u00a0 Nancy and I were able to connect with our \u201cHong Kong\u201d buddies!\u00a0 We were so blessed!\u00a0 You know those people we meet in life and though we are separated by miles, when we do reunite it is as though time nor distance every separated us?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Hong Kong friends …..<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Well,\u00a0 that\u2019s how it is with our Hong Kong friends; Like time nor distance ever existed – just picking up were we left off and sharing together the wonders of our Awesome God!\u00a0 We were so blessed to connect \u2026 God\u2019s favor!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
