Dear Point To Hope Family & Friends,
Do you sense the change in season?\u00a0 No matter where we are, there are changes happening in the natural and in the spirit realm, even if we can\u2019t see them!\u00a0 For example, I cannot see, nor feel the onset of fall back in Alaska, but I know it is happening!\u00a0 \u00a0And when the right time comes, I will receive full benefits and experience the new season firsthand.\u00a0 Perhaps you are experiencing an atypical season: literal or spiritual fires, rain, winds, etc.\u00a0 Regardless of where we are individually, we are all in the same season.\u00a0 So, in one accord, we press in, waiting and watching for the Word of the Lord to be performed in Nancy.\u00a0 We can also take pleasure and confidence knowing this:\u00a0 \u201cThen said the Lord to me, \u2018You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My Word to perform it\u2019.\u201d (Jer. 1:12\/AMP).\u00a0 Again, thank you for the fervent intercession, praying God\u2019s Word for Nancy\u2019s complete healing.\u00a0
The victory season is closer today!\u00a0 HOLD FAST faithful intercessors!\u00a0 \u00a0I recently saw the last few minutes of a basketball season playoff game.\u00a0 One team went up by 2 points with only 1\/2 of a second remaining on the clock!\u00a0 The victory song changed sides!\u00a0 It looks pretty impossible; hardly enough time to catch the ball, set up, let alone have a decent shot!\u00a0 Crazy!\u00a0 Well, guess what?\u00a0 The seemingly defeated team HELD FAST!\u00a0 \u00a0The 1\/2 second proved time was not too short and not too long!\u00a0 The same is true for Nancy, God\u2019s time \/ timing will be all sufficient, but we must hold firm to His Word of promise!\u00a0 \u201cAnd let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint,\u201d (Gal. 6:9\/AMP).
Yes, no matter how impossible things look, we HOLD FAST, \u2018Looking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our Faith,\u201d (Heb. 12:2a)!\u00a0 Thank you for your continued prayer coverage over Nancy during this season.\u00a0 We will not let up, Lord, because we know You are not limited by time or anything else!
Last Sunday (9\/13), Nancy was moved from ICU to PCU (Progressive Care Unit; just down the hallway from ICU).\u00a0 The natural tendency is to assume there has been a dramatic or substantial increase in Nancy\u2019s physical condition that would warrant such a move.\u00a0 However, that is not the case.\u00a0 For whatever reason(s), the Lord wanted Nancy out of the environment \/ atmosphere of the ICU.\u00a0 Thus, PCU is less intensive care as a whole, but Nancy has additional \u2018bells & whistles\u2019 in her room to meet her needs.\u00a0 God\u2019s sovereign hand is very evident in this change of placement.\u00a0 We never want to put God in a box!\u00a0 There is a \u2018step-by-step\u2019 process the medical community calls progress and says, \u2018this is good.\u2019 And then there is God \u2026 \u201cThen God saw everything that He made, and indeed it was very good!\u201d (Gen. 1:31a\/NKJV)
Nancy continues to breathe on her own, with some added oxygen to work in conjunction with her tracheostomy tube.\u00a0 Movements continue to be minimal, such as some lip pursing and facial movements, and occasional faint hand squeezing.\u00a0
Probably much like you we have questions, as well as try to imagine what and when \u201cArise\u201d and \/ or \u201cAwaken\u201d might look like.\u00a0 Only the Lord can answer these concrete questions, but what I do know is that the Lord has given us an imagination.\u00a0 \u00a0An imagination consecrated unto Him is one of the places where He can birth images of what He is about to do.
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Having said that, the Lord has given Henry, myself, and many of you dreams, visions, images, pictures, scriptures, etc.\u00a0 He is announcing His mighty works!\u00a0 \u201cFor I\u2019m going to do a brand new thing.\u00a0 See I have already begun!\u00a0 Don\u2019t you see it?\u201d (Is. 43:19a\/TLB).\u00a0 \u00a0Additionally, all of these things the Lord is showing different people bear witness to the prophetic prayer declaration the Lord gave Henry early on in Nancy\u2019s healing:\u00a0 YOU ARE ALIVE; YOU SHALL THRIVE; YOU WILL BE MINISTERING FOR GOD!
I wanted to revisit this prophetic prayer declaration because we are looking for signs of something new the Lord is doing each day in Nancy.\u00a0 And I started thinking \u2026\u00a0 Am I doing this in my own life? \u2026 looking for signs of the new things the Lord is doing in me; my own movements, or lack thereof?\u00a0 \u00a0Am I seeing, acknowledging, giving thanks for the smallest of movements in my own walk? We all want to see \/ experience the \u2018big movement\u2019 \u2026 the great awakening, but what about all the intricate details that the Lord is working on the inside of each one of us?\u00a0 \u00a0Those seemingly hidden places.\u00a0 Yet those secret places are where the supernatural happens!\u00a0 Carefully and skillfully shaping us from nothing to something.\u00a0 God has already seen what I was created to be before I even came into being, like described in Psalms 139:15b & 16a.\u00a0 \u00a0We are looking for these little movements in Nancy\u2019s healing, but are we aware of the slightest movement in our own walk with Jesus?\u00a0 And a step beyond, are we thanking and praising God for the smallest details He has masterfully woven together in each of us?\u00a0 \u201cSo we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together to fit into God’s perfect plan of bringing good into our lives, for we are His lovers who have been called to fulfill His designed purpose,\u201d (Ro. 8:28\/TPT).\u00a0
The Father\u2019s divine purpose and heart is that not one be lost! (Jn. 6:39).\u00a0 Nancy, having been to heaven before on a \u2018day pass,\u2019 has this same desire – not one be lost!\u00a0 So, as we continue to pray for Nancy\u2019s healing, let us continually press in and hold fast with the same momentum for all people; Kingdom mindsets!\u00a0
Your powerful and fervent prayers are pushing back the darkness and pulling in His Glory as He prepares His Bride!\u00a0 It is worth repeating, as noted in the last PTH post (9\/10\/20):\u00a0 The Lord keeps reminding Henry that there are others \u2018like Nancy\u2019\u2026 Nancy is not the only one. The Lord told Elijah He had 7,000 others reserved! (1 Ki. 19:18). So, keep pressing in with prayer and declaring the Word.\u00a0 America, and all around the world, needs a Holy and healthy Bride!
