Dear PTH Friends, <\/strong><\/p>\n

Does it seem like our world is spiritually deflated?\u00a0 Like the wind has been knocked out of it in some fashion?\u00a0 Truth is, a slow leak eventually reaps the same result as a gaping breach.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What answer do we have to \u201cinflate\u201d the world? … Puff it up, so to speak?\u00a0 What solution is there to establish a spiritual form for a deflating world?\u00a0 The world\u2019s view would be to \u201cwork up\u201d a solution – to fix it with knowledge, etc.\u00a0 However, God has a divine plan!\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t require our knowledge, but it does require a yielded heart.\u00a0 Otherwise, we are just inflating \/ puffing up in our own understanding.\u00a0 \u201cWe know that \u2018We all possess knowledge.\u2019 But knowledge puffs up while love builds up\u201d\u00a0 (1 Cor. 8:1b).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Love and the very breath of our Living God!\u00a0 That\u2019s what will bring spiritual order to our world… to our everyday lives!\u00a0 It is His world and we ought to be excited to be established according to His plan!\u00a0 He already tells us in His word:\u00a0 \u201cNot by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord Almighty\u201d (Zech. 4:6b).\u00a0 The greek word for breath refers to spirit or wind.\u00a0 Yes, the very wind of God, the breath of His Spirit!\u00a0 That is what is needed for our … His world.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So what does this entail for Point To Hope?\u00a0 This next year of 2015, the word the Lord gave Nancy was:\u00a0 \u201cRaise the War Cry!\u00a0 God\u2019s Redemptive Rest.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It seems like a bit of a spiritual conflict to talk about Love, War, & Rest in the same concept.\u00a0\u00a0 Yet, a deeper application of \u201cWar Cry\u201d means:\u00a0 wailing, shouting, shouting with joy, clanging, lamenting, etc.\u00a0 This is what soldiers do when entering battle!\u00a0 We are in His army!\u00a0 He will defeat the enemy; We have to show up and yield to the wind of His Spirit. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, War and Love do go together because the Lord is not willing that any perish! (Matt. 18:14).\u00a0 Below you will find a few updates and prayer requests for Point To Hope Ministries! <\/strong><\/p>\n

On December 26, 2014, Nancy and I (Sarah) will be heading to Washington DC.\u00a0 We will be going to the gates of some embassies because the Lord is beckoning a call to those countries.\u00a0 At this point, the Lord has not confirmed the specific embassies, but we will be listening to His Spirit and following His leading.\u00a0 More to come later …. we are just as excited to hear what He has to say and what countries He is calling PTH to.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In January and February, Nancy and various PTH team members will begin the 2015 year in Georgia and South Carolina.\u00a0\u00a0 There are numerous meetings, gatherings, and churches on the schedule, so please see the website for details:\u00a0 www.pointtohope.org<\/strong><\/p>\n

Point To Hope will also be hosting a PTH Holy Spirit Encounter Conference; Jan. 22-24, 2015, in Grovetown, GA.\u00a0 Theme:\u00a0 \u201cRaise the War Cry! God\u2019s Redemptive Rest.\u201d\u00a0 There will be 12 workshop speakers, and Nancy Haney will be the keynote speaker each evening session.\u00a0 It will be powerful and you won\u2019t want to miss it!\u00a0 Again, check the website for details.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lastly,\u00a0 I want to thank you for your faithfulness to pray for this ministry!\u00a0 God has been faithful in every circumstance and He has proved Himself again and again … All glory and honor is due to Jesus!\u00a0 Thank God for His grace and mercy.\u00a0 As the Lord continues to reveal His plans for this ministry, please be lifting up Nancy Haney.\u00a0 She has shared testimonies about her health issues these last few years and how the Lord continues to sustain and strengthen her.\u00a0 Still, this last year has held more challenges for her physically.\u00a0\u00a0 Please continue to uphold her with your prayers. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

I want to leave you with this prayer strategy the Lord gave Nancy: <\/strong>
\n–\u00a0 Place a Hedge of Protection: start praying a hedge of protection\u00a0(Job 1:9)<\/strong>
\n-Declare A Bulwark:\u00a0 bulwark is a wall of protection – pray it around yourself and others.\u00a0 (Ps. 91:4)<\/strong>
\nSet A Wall of Fire; protection (Zech 2:5) <\/strong>
\nASK God: ask for angels to attend to you; ministering angels<\/strong>
\n(Matt. 4:11)\u00a0 <\/strong>
\n-Communion:\u00a0 do this in remembrance of ME:\u00a0 take communion daily and leave nothing to chance (Mk 14:22, 23)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Raise the War Cry!\u00a0 (Isaiah 8:9a) \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
