Deploy The SEALs

Dear Intercessors,

“The only easy day was yesterday.”
United States Navy SEALs

Easy or challenging, we have prayers and declarations within us. All of heaven loves to hear His Word declared throughout the earth. SEALs, yesterday is gone, but today prepare for battle!

Most have heard of the Navy SEALs, but do you know what SEAL stand for? SEa, Air, Land. This special warfare division is also recognized as the only ‘all-terrain’ fighting crew. Intercessors, are we not part of a ‘special warfare division’? Are we not all-terrain fighters for His Kingdom?

SEALs, is there not a battle going on right now over sea, air, and land? Consider these verses in response to that question:
God speaking:
– Gen. 1:28b/NKJV: “…have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth,”…(’land’)
Jesus speaking:
– John 10:30: “I and the Father are One.”
– John 17:21a: “that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us.”

These are just a few of many scriptures that equip us for this special warfare division of prayer. God’s design is for us to participate and cooperate with His Word. We have already been given authority by the blood of Jesus. It does not matter what is or isn’t happening around us, the power of Christ is still available at full-throttle. Spiritually speaking, we are SEALs: “having also believed, you were SEALed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise.” Ephesians 1:13b (NASB). “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you,” (Acts 1:8a).

Do you realize there is nothing more Jesus can do?! He already paid the highest price possible! Furthermore, He sent the Comforter, Holy Spirit to help us! The very breath of God living in us. He has given the Church power and authority in the mighty name of Jesus! What are we doing with His power and authority? “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” (Eph. 6:12/NIV).

America needs healing! And by His wounds we ARE healed (Is. 53:5b). “For God so loved the world” (John 3:16)! America is part of the world. We have a promise SEAL, Holy Spirit, and we, the Church have already been given power and authority through the name of Jesus! Do you realize it is up to us, His Church, to fight for our country? The world? What are we doing with what we have been given?

This is not a political plea, this is a supernatural plea! Church, we have a responsibility to search the scriptures and know the principles that align with God’s heart. You want a world’s explanation, go to the world; You want God’s Kingdom perspective, go to the Word.

Remember Zacchaeus who climbed the tree? (Luke 19:1-10). The short, very wealthy man who held a chief position in the arena of tax collection; a big-wig supervisor over many. And, might I say, the title of tax collector typically meant ‘sinner’ too. So, here comes Jesus down the streets of Jericho! The ‘religious community’ surrounding Jesus; so much so that Zacchaeus didn’t stand a chance to catch a glimpse of Jesus. Yet, guess who Jesus chose?! Zacchaeus, the most unlikely man for sure; so ‘not religious’! He wasn’t even a follower or believer of Jesus! He wasn’t raised up in the scriptures either. Let’s face it, Zac did not fit the profile of a “good and Godly synagogue-goer’! Still, to Jesus, Zacchaeus was a prime candidate to be called upon! So why on earth would Jesus call this short rich man? Did Jesus not say He only said what His Father said? (Jo.12:49). So, we can be sure Jesus called the right man! And Jesus knew, by Zacchaeus’ response, he was indeed, the right one. The crowd, on the other hand, wasn’t so pleased with Jesus’ selection. They were dumbfounded, jealous, and complained. Consider this thought: the crowd (the religious ones) condemned and even bad-mouthed the one Jesus picked.

I bet the crowd did not know Zacchaeus’ name meant “pure”? But Jesus knew his name before He even met him. God looks at the heart, and is able to use those who will give the right response to His calling. Zacchaeus may not have lived a life of pure status, but when he met Jesus, that all changed. Let us not be a Church, a religious community, that bad-mouths the one(s) God calls because we don’t think he / she fits the ‘religious domain,’ or that the delivery method of leadership is deemed short stature. Church, what are we speaking about God’s selection of those in authority over us? Are we praying for and speaking forth His Word over leaders? Or do we give God’s chosen leaders the ‘religious community’ response?

Every word we speak, we will have to give account (Matt. 12:36). Speak life and your account will be full! Lord, be a SEAL upon our lips and let our lips declare only what You would say. And You have given the Church resurrection power to speak life! Christian SEALs, it is time to tap into the power and authority AREADY given us through the blood of Jesus.

Do we ever get advanced notice when the real military SEALs are deployed (moved into position for military action)? Heck no! Plans and strategies are given in secret from the high commanding officer. Likewise, it is time, prayer warriors of the ‘all-terrain special warfare division’, to deploy the power and authority and fight for America, One Nation Under God! Fight (pray) for the world with the authority we have been given! Not the right or left, but the very center – Jesus Christ!

Jesus has equipped us with every thing we need to pull down His Kingdom resurrection power. There is much going on in the world today, but He is unchanging and trustworthy! Let us take hold, by SEa, Land, Air, (in prayer) of what He has already given us and stand up boldly, aligning with His Word for the cause of Christ. He is Faithful and for us! Yes, yesterday may seem easy now, but tomorrow will also be easy under His yoke; the perfect place to dwell!

Blessings to all!

Sincerely,
Sarah Tarter,
