RE: 2018 Word
Dear Friends and Partners in Christ Jesus!

I send greetings from myself and all the Point to Hope Team around the world. We are so grateful and thankful for all your love, prayers, encouragement and support. Without it, we would not have been able to come this far. I especially thank the Lord for all of you. Please know that you all have a constant place on our daily prayer list. We love You!
We are truly looking forward to another great year…To God’s Glory! .
Yes, we are looking at another, ever increasing, and blessed year as we continue to merge into God’s eternal “Blue Print” of plans for 2018. Did I say “ever-increasing?” That’s right… ever-increasing!
In January of 2016, I released the prophetic word the Lord gave me (7 years to build up the Storehouse with souls). We are two years into “the 7 years of plenty.” …. IS IT NOT SO? Today, I want to add this encouragement and exhortation to you. Yes, much change! (He gave, and hath taken; blessed be the name of the Lord/Job 1:21). It has been a time of growth, a time of loss and gain. It has been the best of times, yet the hardest to times. Still, as we move and change, sometimes exponentially, God’s divine plans come to fruition.
For those who have embraced the “Storehouse” in 7 years of plenty, and having taken up God’s challenge for the “Season of Evangelism,” do you find yourselves reaching out to the lost like never before? As we walk out His plan, we have the promise of abundance and favor. You and I are being prepared for “such a time as this” in 2018. Whatever opportunities we have encountered over the last two years, God has been preparing us through every ‘yes’ and every ‘no’.
The theme for 2018 is “Redemptive Bondage.” Yet, fear not! If Jesus be for us … and He is! Yes, it is going to be a great year because out of our obedience, we will be prepared come what may! In fact, throughout 2016 and 2017, Jesus has been preparing us to a greater depth of believing, receiving and spreading His Love. His Plan is being completed through us. Isn’t that the very meaning of 7? Perfect and Complete; 7 years to build up the Storehouse with souls! Within these 7 years, we have God’s perfect plan!
God has been directing us to live and receive His redemptive love, to discipline ourselves, and to be established in His Word (Ps.119). We are allowing the Holy Spirit to shine on our hearts to bring us to a place of identifying, recognizing, and sincere repentance. Through it all, we are encouraged to call for HIS MEASURE OF GRACE, ENLIGHTENED BY HIS WORD; TO BE HAMMERED AND SHARPENED INTO THAT “SURE PEG, AND ANCHORED IN THE SECURE PLACE … THE CORNERSTONE OF JESUS CHRIST!
Let us FORGE AHEAD! Yet, be on the guard in all things…. so as not to leave a gap! At times, we need to reflect back and remember what we have been redeemed from. Yet, in doing so, being careful not to embrace the ‘emotion’ of events in life that can open a gap for the enemy to work; a gap – an opening between us and God! Let us not leave an opening and be ever looking forward, with nothing in between. Don’t give a gap!
This leads us to what we call revival; our hearts turned fully toward Him, enlightened, strengthened, and activated for His Kingdom.
What ever we have gone through these last two years, what ever we have gained through prayer, studying, teaching, obedience, reaching out, etc., we have a better understanding of “Now Faith”. And this “now faith” will set us apart for what is needed as we enter into 2018. Hebrew 11:1, “Now, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” This is not the definition of faith, but a description of what faith does. Substance means “essence” or “reality.” We have witnessed God’s power, heard testimonies, started new prayer groups and new classes of evangelism, prayed and encouraged new churches to be planted, seen recommitments, healing and deliverance, and salvations; a greater passion and hunger in believers to read the word, pray, and reached out to others. And so, we continue with “now faith”….
When we activate “Now, Faith…”, we have a surety. His way is perfect for us. His word has been proven, and it will never fail us! He will be a shield to those who trust Him (Ps. 18:30), The blood of the Lamb is perfect, proven (Rev. 12:11), holding fast to ‘to live is Christ, and to die is gain (Phil. 1:21).
As we head into the new year, remember we’ve had two years of training camp. ‘Now, faith’ leads us, prepares us, and armors us, into the “land of bondage…2018. According to biblical numbers, 20 stands for ‘redemption’ (redemption by the blood of the Lamb), and the number 18 means ‘bondage’ (sin).
As God’s saints, by His Spirit, we are armored with the true armor of God, facing this world’s bondage. It’s going to be a year of exercising the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. We will learn more about this at our “Holy Spirit Encounter” conferences and gatherings throughout the year.
This is a year to be truly used of God, to set the captives free, and let the prisoners loose (Is. 61). Let us be positioned, and readied with the power and authority of His Word, and the Power and authority of prayer, in the name of Jesus.
Friends, whom I truly love, I’m looking forward with great anticipation to learning and activating our Godly walk together: reaching new levels of wisdom, knowledge, understanding, counsel, strength, and fear of the Lord. We will be led by the Spirit of the Lord, to whom we all lay claim as God’s sons and daughters. “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is FREEDOM” (2 Cor. 3:17).
