Dear PTH Friends,
“A time to love, And a time to hate; A time of war, And a time of peace,” (Ecc. 3:8 / NKJV).
The Word tells us there is a time for everything! And right now, believers, we are in a war over the very foundation of America, A war in the spirit realm. DO NOT FEAR! Fear is not from God; He did not give us a spirit of fear! God gave us power, love, and a sound mind (2 Tim. 1:7). Let’s put that into action – activation!
So, if we are at war, shall we wear our Sunday’s best attire? Well, if you can fight in Sunday’s clothes, but I would recommend wearing ‘work’ clothes! Kingdom clothes – like a breastplate, tight fitting belt, etc.; dress code found in Ephesians: 6:10-20.
“Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to STAND. (Eph. 6:13 / NKJV). Do not back down; Stand firm; continue to pray that America will fulfill God’s plans and purposes; declare the enemy’s plans are exposed! The Mayflower Compact, in essence, was a document signed by 41 believers declaring a covenant with God for what would one day be called America. That document declared the people would live in accordance with the Christian faith. That was 400 years ago this month! God has not forgotten those corporate prayers and covenant vows made by those people. Let us not forget; let us not neglect to fight for God’s dedicated land! We have nothing to lose but freedom! And freedom comes from truth (Jo. 8:32). Stand on truth! An attitude like Esther’s, “And if I perish, I perish!” (Es. 4:16b). Dress properly! “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to STAND against the WILES of the devil,” (Eph. 6:11/NKJV)
Wiles (def.): cleverly designed trick or devices by which one person is deceived by another, especially getting them to ACCEPT SOMETHING AS TRUE THAT IS NOT ACTUALLY TRUE! (example: results of the presidential election).
The narrative, the news, that ‘talk of the town’; the worldly realm would have you believe the presidential election process is complete and the winner has been confirmed! They want you to ‘accept something as true that is not actually true …. a “WILE” of the enemy! This is a lie! The election is NOT, I repeat, NOT OVER! Put on your helmet of salvation; the piece of armor that protects your thoughts from lies. Another thing that will help protect from lies is to GUARD WHAT YOU LISTEN TO; perhaps even who you listen to / the company you keep! Even good and God-fearing people may carry the narrative that is not from the Father’s heart!
People of God, this is not a ‘never-before-tried’ plot to take over as head of a country! Read for yourselves: God had already purposed and planned for Solomon to take the throne of his father, David (1 Chr., chapter 22). But wait, there is another; Adonijah. He has already called a feast, a celebration, invited very important people (priests, military leaders, etc.) and prepared horses and chariots – ‘a nice ride.’ And guess what else! Adonijah has already made public the announcement that ‘he shall be the next king.’ Does this scenario sound familiar? Yes, history repeats itself; nothing new under the sun. But King David stood strong in his weakest moment, and God’s plans and purposes went forth; King Solomon became king – God’s pick!
The Father speaks of life and life abundantly, blessing Israel, freedom and truth versus killing (innocent babies), stealing, and destroying. (John 10:10). Guess what. Don’t look for satan to be all dark and obvious! “And no wonder, for satan himself masquerades as an angel of light,” (2 Cor. 2:14). He tries to cast doubt and fear; anything to make believers not trust in God by faith (seeing the unseen).
This is very important: “See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil,” (Eph. 5:15-16). To even entertain or listen to talk of a president-elect right now is to do exactly what Eph. 5:15 warns us not to do – walk as fools! Stand, and then STAND (don’t concede … S – T – A – N – D !!!) This is what we are called to do! Yes, because the days are evil! ‘Circumspectly’ carries the idea of walking with exactness and meaning; making wise decisions and seeking to do the will of God (Wiersby Commentary). What is the will of the Father for America?
This is a call to encourage believers to not be conformed to this world’s thinking but be transformed by the Word. Find out what pleases God! God has an order, a court system, laws, etc. God desires for earth to be ‘as it is in heaven.’ We need to STAND for what heaven stands for; and when we have done that: STAND! Stand means to not come into agreement, nor repeat the ‘talk of the town’! “You were running a good race. Who cut in on you and kept you from obeying the truth?” (Gal.5:7). World news vs. The Good News; the truth! Keep running the good race! God is always victorious. It is in Jesus Christ we put our hope and trust.

We continue to stand strong and united also for Nancy’s manifest healing! We will stand and stand again knowing that nothing is impossible with God. “I know that You can do everything, and that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You,” (Job 42:2).
Nancy is still in the hospital and we are so thankful for your continued prayers for her well-being as we wait on the Lord in all things. Her nurses and medical team seem to be very compassionate and taking good care of her. We can hardly wait for Nancy’s medical team to actually get to meet her!
